Responsibilities

Provide sophisticated administrative and operational support, anticipating the needs of the CFO to facilitate efficient decision-making
Manage a complex and dynamic calendar, scheduling high-stakes meetings with key internal and external stakeholders
Handle intricate domestic and international travel arrangements, including monitoring changes 24/7 as needed and submitting timely expense reports
Handle signature routing for critical documents
Serve as a key liaison, working closely and effectively with the CFO to keep them well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
Handle highly confidential financial and complex information with the utmost discretion
Assist with the creation of presentations and preparation of materials for board meetings, audits, investor calls, and other high-level communications
Also support the VP of Program Management, with the primary responsibility being to schedule large cross-departmental meetings that require a lot of calendar organization

Qualification

Required

3+ years of experience in a high-level executive assistant, workplace operations, or relevant administrative role
Demonstrated experience supporting senior or C-suite level executives is strongly preferred
Highly proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Slides, Sheets) and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree required
