Responsibilities

Design and implement cloud network solutions, including VPCs, subnets, routing, peering, and VPN connections

Build and maintain hybrid connectivity between on-premises and cloud environments using Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, or similar technologies

Configure and manage firewalls, load balancers, gateways, and network security groups

Monitor network performance, capacity, and availability; troubleshoot complex network issues

Develop infrastructure-as-code (IaC) templates for network automation using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM

Collaborate with security and DevOps teams to ensure compliance, encryption, and identity management standards

Lead network-related projects for cloud migrations, multi-region deployments, and disaster recovery

Establish and document best practices, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of the infrastructure team

Proven experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments

Experience configuring and managing firewalls, load balancers, gateways, and network security groups
