Systems Integration Specialist - Army (TS/SCI)

The Systems Integration Specialist will support U.S. Army missions by ensuring secure and reliable technical solutions, managing system integration activities, and collaborating with various teams to maintain system integrity and performance.

Responsibilities
Validate and verify all aspects of the integration of system components, ensuring compliance with technical and functional requirements
Conduct and manage system integration activities, including the implementation, configuration, and replacement of hardware and software components
Integrate applications, middleware, and other system tools to ensure interoperability across platforms and environments
Develop and deploy workflow automations to streamline and optimize system operations
Execute the sequential integration of lower-level elements into cohesive, higher-level system architectures
Collaborate with system engineers, developers, and cybersecurity teams to maintain system integrity, security, and performance
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, documenting processes and resolutions for continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI clearance (mandatory)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of demonstrated experience in systems integration, software/hardware implementation, or enterprise system deployment
Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and lifecycle management
Experience with workflow automation, scripting, or integration frameworks
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or U.S. Army systems and environments
Familiarity with cloud integration, containerization, or CI/CD pipelines
Certification(s) in systems engineering, integration, or related technical fields (e.g., CompTIA Security+, AWS Solutions Architect, INCOSE CSEP)
