Responsibilities

Design, implement, and own high-scale integrations with SEPs + CRMs
Own data pipelines to handle billions of data points (Tasks, Prospects, Accounts, ETL, retries, rate limits)
Drive reliability and monitoring for integrations (uptime, latency, error rates)
Collaborate with Product and GTM on customer-impactful integration priorities
Mentor teammates and provide backend technical leadership within Core Dialer

Required

6–10+ years backend experience, with strong SaaS integrations work
Deep knowledge of APIs, webhooks, OAuth, error handling, and rate limiting

History of building frameworks for integrations (not just point-to-point)
