Salesforce Operations Specialist – Full-Time

Responsibilities
Contract Validation: Work in Salesforce Field Services to review, validate, and update Service Contracts
Work Order Management: Generate maintenance plans to produce Work Orders based on the service frequencies per the Service Contract
Sales Support: Assist Sales Team Members with new contract submissions to ensure accurate Work Orders are dispatched from Field Services
Billing Accuracy: Review pricing and billing requirements on Service Contracts and ensure customer billing source data is accurate for transmission to NetSuite
Dispatch Coordination: Assist the dispatcher job function to ensure Service Appointments populate accurately on the Salesforce Dispatcher Console
System Adoption: Work closely with Sales and Field Teams and be a key player in the promotion and adoption of the Salesforce platform
Document Management: Manage the contract scanning process to ensure all agreements are housed electronically in Salesforce
Bid Management: Manage the bid opportunities pipeline and maintain the bid calendar and weekly activity report
Contract Renewals: Manage and track the renewal process for all DOT, municipal, county, and commercial contracts
Contract Inventory Oversight: Manage, track, and maintain all executed contract inventories across all SCA operating sites
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Operations, Finance, Leadership, and other subject matter experts as needed
Data Maintenance: Update and sustain SCA’s contract inventory
Regular & Predictable Attendance: The ability to consistently report to work on time and as scheduled, with minimal unexcused absences. This includes being present and prepared to work throughout assigned shifts, and reliably adhering to start times, breaks, and end times
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline, or equivalent transferable work experience
2–4 years of experience working with commercial, municipal, government, waste, and/or environmental service contracts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up proactively and in a timely manner on leads, quotes, and scheduling activities
Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Works effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Finance
Demonstrates reliability, accountability, and follow-through in all commitments
Adjusts to shifting priorities and evolving business needs with professionalism and initiative
The ability to consistently report to work on time and as scheduled, with minimal unexcused absences
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce CRM and Field Services
Working knowledge of billing practices with NetSuite
