They are seeking a full-time Program Assistant for their Specialized Day Center to assist in the development and implementation of therapeutic activities for patients, while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities
Assist in the development, implementation, and facilitation of therapeutic activities for patients in the SADSC
Provide hands-on assistance with patients' activities of daily living
Ensure the safety and well-being of patients at all times
Assist with meal preparation and feeding
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualification
Required
Clear, active Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or Home Health Aid (HHA) Certification
Ability to work between 8 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday
Must pass AHCA level II criminal background screening and drug screening
Clear, active Florida LPN license
Must pass AHCA level II criminal background and drug screenings
Preferred
Experience working with patients with Alzheimer's disease or related neurocognitive disorders
2-5 years' experience in a clinical setting (or psychiatric/crisis intervention background) preferred, although recent graduates will be considered
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and still maintain flexibility
Excellent time management skills
Proficient in all Microsoft Office suite products
