Senior Beer Brand Manager

Total Beverage Solution (TBS) is a company that sells and markets iconic beer, wine, and spirits brands from around the world. The Senior Beer Brand Manager will lead brand strategy, programming execution, and brand economics for top beer brands in the TBS portfolio, focusing on both creative and quantitative aspects of brand management.

Responsibilities

Leads marketing strategy and program origination for key portfolio brands
Leads development and launch of new packages and styles
Creates trade and consumer marketing initiatives on an ongoing basis
Develops and manage brand budgets; valuates brand ROI of sales and marketing investments
Manages 3rd party agencies as needed (creative, PR, digital, etc.)
Partners with non-TBS brands for collaborative opportunities to drive consumer awareness
Sets top sales priorities alongside SVP of Sales
Educates and trains sales team on key brand initiatives
Monitors and supports field sales efforts against these initiatives
Identifies data-driven areas for sales to improve performance against the brands (pricing, assortment, account targeting, geographical, etc.)
Participates in efforts and penetrate and grow key accounts
Works closely with brewery partners on all the above
Maintains command of overall brand performance, including sales trends, pricing and profitability, competitive activity, and marketing programs

Required

Working knowledge of developing and executing marketing plans and programs across multiple platforms
Ability to analytically / statistically evaluate traditional and interactive media, marketing effectiveness, overall sales, and competitive trends
Ability to create program goals, messaging, communication, and overall event plans
Ability to communicate complex concepts in clear concise language; to demonstrate active listening while engaging others; and to establish, implement, and clearly communicate strategies that align with business needs and objectives to gain buy-in from stakeholder
Ability to present to key stakeholders in a relevant and compelling manner
Ability to develop and maintain positive business relationships (e.g., senior management, stakeholders, other departments, etc.) and foster an environment of mutual respect, understanding, trust, and support
Ability to anticipate and respond to the needs of stakeholders (e.g., internal and external customers, etc.) in a timely manner
Ability to adapt and adjust planned work through analyzing work demands, competing priorities, and tight deadlines; and to understand the most effective and efficient means to accomplish tasks within the parameters of the organizational structure, processes, systems, and policies
Works closely with brewery partners on all the above, including annual business planning
Ability to assess situations, provide counsel, and identify solutions that resolve challenges/issues, while considering the best interests of all parties
