Responsibilities

Leverage and grow your background in system integration and data migration as you learn to work with the Workday platform and technologies

Participate in large-scale organizational transformations by supporting critical data conversion, integration, and reporting activities for our Government and Public Services clients

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, data sources, integration, and reporting needs, translating them into effective technical solutions

Work within Agile delivery frameworks, engaging in SCRUM ceremonies and collaborating in sprints to design, test, and implement integration and reporting solutions

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data quality, interface errors, and report accuracy for successful system go-live

Document technical processes, create data mapping guides, and help develop testing strategies to ensure system reliability and client satisfaction

Present key findings and deliverables to clients, leveraging tools such as PowerPoint and Excel for clear communication, data analysis and validation

Advance your technology and consulting skillset through ongoing learning and formal Workday certification

Required

2+ years of professional work experience

1+ years of experience with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar) or a demonstrated interest in learning these skills

1+ years of experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as working in Agile teams or familiarity with SCRUM principles and ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

Active TS/SCI Security clearance and ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI w/Poly clearance required

Must be able to obtain and maintain required Workday Certification for the role

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Ability to work full-time onsite at client locations

Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Information Systems (IS), Computer Science (CS), Business Information Systems (BIS), or a closely related technical field
