Senior Analyst SCM Production Planning
Nissan Motor Corporation is seeking a Senior Analyst in Production Planning to join their team in Franklin, TN. This role involves supporting the Regional Production Planning team by coordinating innovation workflows, managing data initiatives, and leading project development activities, requiring strong analytical and project management skills.

Responsibilities
Coordinate workflow and priorities for the RPP innovation team
Partner with IS and business-led data teams to align on data strategy and execution
Lead the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools
Provide project management support for key initiatives within the RPP team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 5 years of related experience in analytics, planning, or data-driven roles
Proficiency in VBA, Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Access, and Snowflake
Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Visio for creating detailed process maps and Advanced Excel for data analysis, modeling, and reporting
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong ability to analyze, document, and map business processes from end to end, including the creation of user stories and workflow diagrams that clearly define functional requirements and process flows
Exceptional skills in leading and supporting change initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and adoption strategies to ensure the successful implementation of new processes or technologies
Preferred
Experience with SQL, Alteryx, or Python is a plus
