Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver intuitive features and user flows

Solve complex interaction design problems that improve the seller and buyer experience

Required

7+ years of professional product design experience

A track record of building products in complex or emerging problem spaces

Experience designing for native mobile apps (iOS and Android) and understanding of platform-specific patterns

Excellent visual and interaction design skills, from concept to pixel-perfect execution

Strong systems thinking ability to untangle complex issues and create scalable solutions

Experience leading workshops and driving alignment around a shared design vision

Outstanding communication and storytelling skills

Curiosity about machine learning, foundational systems, and data quality

Flexibility to move between strategic and hands-on design work across a range of methods (e.g., design thinking, UX strategy, information architecture, and service design)
