Responsibilities
Set up and operate audiovisual equipment for events
Troubleshoot technical issues during events
Collaborate with event planners and clients to understand technical requirements
Maintain and repair audiovisual equipment as needed
Monitor audiovisual feeds during events to ensure quality standards
Train other staff members on the use of audiovisual equipment
Assist in the design and layout of event technical setups
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Conduct pre-event tests and inspections to ensure equipment functionality
Provide technical support and advice to clients and colleagues
Host events from start to finish, while maintaining good customer service
Qualification
Required
Strong technical background in audiovisual equipment
Ability to provide audio and video support for events
Experience in setting up and operating audiovisual equipment
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues during events
Ability to collaborate with event planners and clients to understand technical requirements
Ability to maintain and repair audiovisual equipment as needed
Ability to monitor audiovisual feeds during events to ensure quality standards
Ability to train other staff members on the use of audiovisual equipment
Ability to assist in the design and layout of event technical setups
