Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Technology, or a related field required
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or mechanical systems, with exposure to technology implementation or R&D initiatives
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams or innovation projects
Familiarity with digital construction and operations tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Procore, or Bluebeam
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and business units
Preferred
Knowledge of HVAC, MEP, or prefabrication systems a plus
Vendor negotiation and evaluation experience
