Responsibilities

Lead and grow a high-performing team that spans Sales Marketing and Enablement; establish clear structure, roles, success criteria, and progression paths
Develop and execute the US Sales Marketing and Enablement strategy, ensuring alignment and balance between global and local priorities with US commercial goals and vertical strategies
Collaborate with Global Product Marketing and both Global and Local product teams to translate product capabilities into market-facing narratives and sales collateral
Create and maintain core sales materials and playbooks that connect MiQ’s product differentiators to client outcomes, tailored by region, vertical, and agency type
Own the enablement roadmap, including onboarding, certifications, product training, and vertical GTM readiness programs
Work closely with Global Enablement and Product Marketing to ensure global initiatives are localized for US relevance and delivered with consistency and excellence
Champion data-driven marketing & enablement: define measurable success metrics for enablement and marketing programs, tied to business performance (adoption, certification, win-rate, and content utilization). Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and share insights across leadership teams
Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to define key sales competencies and track performance and create improvement against readiness metrics (e.g., certification rates, adoption rates, win-rates)
Champion an AI-first culture within Sales Marketing and Enablement, leveraging automation and insights to improve efficiency, personalization, and decision-making
Serve as the central point of alignment between sales, product, and marketing, ensuring a unified GTM story and training experience across the US

Required

8+ years of professional experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or GTM strategy within media, or ad tech. Experience of both Sales/Product Marketing and Enablement strongly preferred
3+ years experience leading a team, including responsibility for team growth, performance management, and hiring
Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives between Sales, Marketing, and Product functions
Demonstrated ability to craft clear, compelling narratives that simplify complex products and drive commercial adoption
Proven ability to take vast amounts of data, and product solutions to distill, storytell and translate it into sales collateral that drives impact
Demonstrated ability to lead national enablement programs for 200+ people
Strong understanding of the US programmatic and agency landscape, and how to tailor global messaging for local impact
Experience partnering with global stakeholders and adapting programs for local markets; and demonstrated ability to lead through influence across global stakeholders and senior leadership peers
Exceptional project management and communication skills; able to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously
Metrics-driven mindset with a track record of demonstrating impact through measurable business outcomes (e.g., time-to-ramp, win-rates, NPS etc)
Experience working in a very fast, dynamic, quickly-changing environment
