Responsibilities
Lead the pursuit of large-scale conference and event opportunities with complex, multi-property components
Develop and execute strategies to grow national and regional accounts while driving new business
Mentor, motivate, and inspire team members to achieve peak performance and career growth
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Catering, and Operations to deliver unforgettable guest experiences
Contribute to innovative projects — from new upsell concepts to market analyses — in partnership with the Director of Sales
Qualification
Required
A proven sales professional with a passion for hospitality, luxury service, and relationship building
Strong background in hotel or resort sales, conference and event business development, or corporate group sales
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Experience mentoring others and thriving in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 21 - 30 pounds
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
