Responsibilities

Lead the development and negotiation of subcontract agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify subcontracting needs and implement effective procurement strategies
Analyze supplier performance and manage relationships to drive continuous improvement and cost savings

Required

A minimum of 5 years of experience in subcontract management or procurement
Must be a US Person due to contractual requirements

Preferred

Proven experience in subcontract management or procurement within the aerospace industry
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in contract negotiation and compliance
Experience with procurement software and tools
Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulations
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex supplier relationships
Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
