Responsibilities
Performs daily cleaning tasks, including trash disposal, cleaning of all common areas/kitchens/restrooms, and related duties
Performs weekly cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, furniture polishing, mopping, sweeping of outside entrances and sidewalks, and related duties
Assists in the provision of training and safety education for residents participating in custodial activities
Performs collateral tasks such as buffing/waxing floors, shampooing carpets, snow removal from entrances, on an as-needed basis
Exhibits appropriate interaction with residents
Qualification
Required
Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills
Must be at least 21 years of age
Bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand/eye coordination, pushing/pulling, prolonged sitting/standing
Must possess a valid Texas driver's license
Must be available for travel as needed
Preferred
A high school diploma or GED equivalency is preferred
Experience in custodial and maintenance operations is preferred
Proficiency in general custodial equipment operation is preferred
