DeZURIK is seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead safety and environmental programs at their Sartell, Minnesota facility. In this critical role, you’ll champion a proactive safety culture, build trust across teams, and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

Champion a proactive safety culture
Build trust across teams
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive safety and environmental systems that prevent injuries, reduce risk, and drive continuous improvement
Partner closely with operations and leadership to lead investigations
Manage OSHA reporting
Ensure environmental stewardship
Promote Behavior-Based Safety programs rooted in teamwork and accountability

Qualification

EHS managementEnvironmental complianceOccupational Safety degreeManufacturing experienceAnalytical skillsCoaching skillsErgonomic programsCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of EHS experience, including leadership in manufacturing
Strong communication, analytical, and coaching skills

Preferred

Experience managing environmental compliance and ergonomic programs preferred
