Responsibilities
Partner with quant developers and investment teams to understand research and investment workflows and introduce new tooling and systems to make their work faster, more efficient, and enable the development of new strategies
Design and build robust, scalable systems and libraries to support quant research and portfolio analysis
Improve architecture, performance, and reliability of existing platforms
Enhance CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and automation to streamline development and deployment
Qualification
Required
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math or related field
7+ years of professional experience using C++ or Python to design and build High Performance, low latency software
Preferred
Degree with emphasis on low-level systems programming, high performance computing, or similar
SQL, relational databases, data science libraries
Experience building tools or software for investment/quantitative research teams or PMs/Traders
