Responsibilities

Support Client Managers and Directors in servicing fund clients and coordinating internal teams
Help manage fund operations, including capital calls, distributions, valuations, cash monitoring, and investor reporting
Assist with quarterly and annual financial statements, investor notices, and reporting packages
Respond to client and investor requests under supervision of senior staff
Track deliverables and ensure accuracy and timeliness of submissions
Participate in client meetings to build confidence and exposure to relationship management
Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing best practices

Required

3–6 years of public accounting experience; Big 8 or large regional firms preferred
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets
Exceptional attention to detail, analytical mindset, and eagerness to learn
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CPA-track preferred
Excellent communication and time-management skills

Preferred

Financial-services audit exposure is a plus but not required — full PE/VC fund training provided
