Caddell Construction is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Proposals Intern to join their team for the summer. This internship provides hands-on experience in marketing, public relations, and proposal development within a fast-paced professional environment.

Responsibilities

Support the marketing team in developing content for digital platforms, including website updates, newsletters, and social media
Research market trends, client information, and competitor activity to support business development initiatives
Assist in the maintenance and organization of marketing assets, project data, and staff resumes in internal databases
Assist in the preparation, formatting, and production of proposal documents, qualifications packages, and presentations
Help track and analyze proposal outcomes and marketing campaign performance metrics
Collaborate with subject matter experts and technical staff to develop clear, compelling marketing collateral and proposal content
Support internal and external communications, events, and brand initiatives as needed

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, or a related field, and at least a Junior by credit hours
Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus
Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple internal customers and deadlines
Interest in marketing strategy and proposal development
