Responsibilities
Lead and coach a multidisciplinary team including Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Planner, Instrumentation & Controls Engineer, Process Engineer, and Facilities Manager
Ensure reliable and safe operation of all production and utility systems through effective maintenance and engineering practices
Develop and execute the site’s reliability and Lean improvement strategy, emphasizing waste elimination, value stream optimization, and proactive maintenance
Apply Lean tools and methodologies (5S, SMED, Kaizen, visual management) to enhance equipment uptime, reduce changeover time, and improve process flow
Oversee process engineering activities to optimize equipment performance, reduce downtime, and improve product quality and throughput
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (Master's preferred)
10+ years of progressive experience in plant engineering and maintenance leadership, preferably in plastics, roofing, or continuous process manufacturing
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex capital projects
Strong knowledge of maintenance reliability practices, process engineering, and utilities management
Demonstrated ability to drive results through collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
