Manager, Talent Specialists
Fluke Corporation is seeking a Manager, Talent Specialists to lead a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences. This role involves overseeing interview coordination, offer delivery, and onboarding processes while driving operational excellence through continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and inspire Talent Specialists and Interview Schedulers to deliver high-quality, timely, and customer-focused service
Leverage data and the Fortive Business System to manage performance, identify trends, and drive operational improvements
Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous learning where team members are empowered to grow and expand their skills
Oversee execution of interview scheduling, offer delivery, onboarding, new employee orientation, and talent-related tasks/projects
Ensure service consistency, quality, on-time delivery, and compliance across all processes
Partner with Recruiters and Talent Acquisition (TA) Leaders to manage escalations and seamless candidate and manager experience
Identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies using data and Fortive Business System tools
Track service levels, KPIs, and Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to inform improvement actions
Partner cross-functionally to streamline processes, enhance automation, and drive scalable operational excellence
Oversee the maintenance of process documentation and knowledge content to ensure accuracy and alignment across teams
Collaborate with HR Technology on issue resolution, system enhancements, and usability improvements
Build trusted relationships with Recruiters, TA leaders, Hiring Managers, and HR business partners to optimize the operating model and continuously improve
Communicate KPIs, process changes, and improvement initiatives effectively
Represent the Talent Specialist function in cross-functional projects and process design discussions
Qualification
Required
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to apply systems thinking and data-driven decision-making to improve operations and team performance
Demonstrated adaptability to changing business conditions and role evolution
Commitment to developing others and fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement
Preferred
Experience leading or mentoring others in an operational or service-oriented environment
Proven ability to leverage data and feedback to improve team performance and operational efficiency
Experience with HR systems, preferably Oracle, ServiceNow, and Eightfold
Experience with global hiring processes, i.e., interview scheduling, offer delivery, onboarding, and new employee orientation
