Responsibilities

Provide systems engineering technical support to the PMA-261 Senior Class Desk

Assist with the CH-53K Systems Development Document (SDD) closeout actions

Performs programmatic or technical knowledge identifying, formulating, designing, and/or testing practical solutions to engineering problems; guiding the engineering development of modern complex systems; and employing systems engineering methods and tools in the development of systems

Acting as the central coordination point for all engineering, logistics, and sustainment issues related to the CH-53E/K and MH-53E

Supporting airworthiness, configuration management, and issue resolution for systems already in the fleet

Coordinating engineering change proposals (ECPs), technical directives, and updates

Performs software acquisition functions, requirements management, and the understanding of software workflow

Must be able to perform software requirements broken down into systems requirements

Required

Must have a bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field from an accredited college or university

Must have at least five (5) years of recent and relevant experience

Demonstrated experience in an area of engineering expertise is required
