Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry to senior-level roles across departments
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and business context
Source candidates creatively using referrals, job boards, and networking
Maintain a proactive pipeline and manage 8+ requisitions simultaneously
Contribute to employer branding, university programs, and referral initiatives
Track recruitment metrics for strategic analysis
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR business partnering
Proven success in full-cycle recruiting across various functions or geographies
Experience recruiting for global sales roles (pre-sales, direct, channel, marketing and customer success)
Familiarity with talent analytics, employer branding, and recruitment marketing
Background in consulting with senior leaders and driving hiring decisions aligned with business strategy
