Responsibilities
Support the Lead Process Engineer; collect and document system requirements; model processes; assist in digital transition; maintain accuracy and quality in execution
Conduct Detailed Process Analysis: Map and assess current-state workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for digitization and automation
Design Future-State Digital Workflows: Develop optimized, user-centered digital processes using tools such as SharePoint, Power Automate, or ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical feasibility
Support Change Management Activities: Collaborate with the change management lead to support stakeholder engagement, contribute to training materials, and assist in user onboarding and adoption efforts
Collaborate with IT and Business Stakeholders: Work closely with IT teams, business units, and end users to validate requirements, test solutions, and ensure smooth implementation of redesigned workflows
Ensure Quality, Compliance, and Continuous Improvement: Validate that new workflows meet data governance, security, and accessibility standards, and contribute to post-implementation reviews to identify areas for refinement
Analyze training needs and performance gaps: The ProSidian Learning Innovation Design Consulting Team will be responsible for conducting comprehensive training needs assessments to identify performance gaps and learning requirements across various technical roles within the agency
Design and develop NextGen learning materials: The ProSidian Learning Innovation Design Consulting Team will Create instructional content for multiple delivery formats—including instructor-led training (ILT), computer-based training (CBT), and blended learning
Evaluate training effectiveness: To ensure the effectiveness of training programs, The ProSidian Learning Innovation Design Consulting Team will develop and apply robust evaluation strategies based on established models such as Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels
Provide subject matter expertise in instructional design methodologies: The ProSidian Learning Innovation Design Consulting Team will serve as a SME in instructional systems design, offering guidance on the application of adult learning theory, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and emerging trends in learning and development
Provide process engineering services: The ProSidian Learning Innovation Design Consulting Team will analyze, redesign, and digitize existing paper-based workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business process management, or related field
3+ years of experience in process improvement and workflow automation
Familiarity with Lean Six-Sigma or similar methodologies
3–5 years in process analysis, workflow documentation, or support engineering
Experience with digital tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, ServiceNow, Power Automate, etc.)
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills for effective team management
Outstanding time management and prioritization abilities to meet project milestones
Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities
Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail
Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office
Advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
Proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio
Ability to quickly learn other tools, as necessary
U.S. Citizenship Required
