Responsibilities
Seal coins, sports cards, non-sports cards, and event tickets
Occasionally travel to trade shows
Learning various sizes of gasket sizes and card holders
Maintain knowledge of coins and sports cards
Crack-out and re-seal coins, sports cards, non-sports cards according to changes
Aid Leadership in creating an inspiring team environment
Set clear team goals
Support & help oversee the day-to-day operation
Monitor team performance and report on metrics
Motivate team members
Discover training needs and provide coaching
Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts/escalate when necessary
Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
Suggest and organize team building activities
Qualification
Required
Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
Good PC skills, especially Google Sheets
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Organizational and time-management skills
Decision-making skills
