GoldBook Financial is seeking a full-time Vice President of Sales Management to lead their sales team in southern California. The role focuses on driving sales growth by recruiting and developing financial advisors to meet production targets in protection and investment products, as well as financial planning and wealth management services.

Responsibilities

Engage in front-line recruiting of financial professionals

Coach, mentor and supervise new recruits

Develop and grow a production unit with an emphasis of retaining for success

Establish networks and cultivate referrals to generate a steady stream of candidates

Broaden and deepen your skillset through ongoing professional development and joint work with fellow associates

Required

Must be able to work and commute to each office

Proven experience and success in the sale of protection and investments products. And/or management of a successful sales team selling protection and investment products

FINRA licenses: 7 and 66 , 63 or 65

Life, Accident and Health Insurance license
