They are seeking a Client Success Manager I (Digital) to support lower-tier clients, educate them on SEO and digital marketing best practices, drive product adoption, and identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Lead website check-ins and strategy calls at a high volume to help clients improve performance and online presence
Teach clients SEO, digital marketing best practices, and Luxury Presence platform features, while driving adoption through campaigns, in-app engagement, and webinars
Identify upsell opportunities and hand off seamlessly to Sales
Partner with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client deliverables and a smooth client experience
Monitor client activity, share insights, and recommend strategies to improve engagement and retention

Required

1+ years in Customer Success or another client-facing role
2+ years in software implementation, campaign execution, or creative operations
Working knowledge of SEO, social media, content marketing, and/or paid media

Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a client-first mindset
Skilled at navigating complex client situations with professionalism
Flexible and resourceful in meeting changing client needs
A problem-solver who removes roadblocks for clients and teammates
Collaborative, positive, and motivated to help clients succeed
