Responsibilities

You will ensure system reliability, security, and compliance by applying your deep knowledge of AWS services and cloud best practices
Collaboration across cybersecurity, platform, and development teams is key to ensuring seamless integration and adherence to stringent security requirements
The role requires setting up appointments with future customers, explaining the AWS Cloud Environment to them, answering questions, and then helping them build their Cloud CONOPS, Network Diagram, Logical Diagrams, and assistance with onboarding to the AWS Cloud

Qualification

Required

5 years of cloud support experience
3 years of experience troubleshooting complex cloud issues such as, but not limited to OS logs, DNS, Active Directory, kernel and hypervisor errors, and networking blockages
Active TS/SCI clearance required to start
