Responsibilities

Establish schedule and cost baselines in partnership with the Program Manager
Status program schedules and performance monthly, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Update program EACs and financial forecasts on a recurring basis
Review and approve procurement requests, labor reports, and financial obligations
Maintain and update program Risk Registers and implement mitigation plans when needed
Provide actionable insights through EVM analysis, schedule reviews, and financial reporting
Present program financials, schedule updates, and performance metrics during monthly leadership reviews
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, finance, contracts, and program teams to drive program success

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field
7+ years of experience in Program Control, Program Finance, Cost/Schedule Analysis, or related discipline
Strong command of Earned Value Management (EVM), Estimate at Complete (EAC), and financial/schedule performance metrics
Proficient in MS Project and experienced supporting DoD or government contracting environments
Confident communicator who can partner closely with Program Managers, engineering teams, and leadership
Highly analytical with a detail-oriented, proactive approach to problem-solving
Comfortable owning risk, schedule, and cost processes in a dynamic program environment
