Responsibilities
Adhere to all aspects of USDA and customer specifications. Review areas requiring improvement and/or retraining
Perform weight/grade audits.Perform metal detector audits
Perform sanitation inspections
Conduct product samplings as required for raw materials and finished product
Complete paperwork associated with holds and releases
Responsible for following all of the facility HACCP plan and quality system procedures
Responsible for following Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures and quality system procedures
Communicates issues to Group Leaders in a timely, professional manner
Complete other tasks as assigned by the Quality Systems Group Leader and Quality Systems Manager
Qualification
Required
