Responsibilities

Conduct audits and quality checks on underwriting work

Provide feedback and support continuous improvement

Assist with data governance reporting and department projects

Support underwriting operations during peak periods

Work with auditor to provide periodic reporting on data governance and other key metrics

Support project work using skill-sets and department need including testing of rating application enhancements, and participating in or supporting projects and other department initiatives
