Project Management Coordinator

KNAPP North America is a global company specializing in automated solutions for logistics and supply chain management. The Project Management Coordinator will provide support to ensure efficient operations within the Project Management/PMO, Site Management, and Site Safety Management departments, handling various tasks related to organization and communication.

Industrial Automation

Responsibilities

Creates and regularly updates tracking sheets
Updates and maintains resource files in ASTA
Updates and maintains tools tracking in HILTI tracking tool
Organizes shipping and return shipping of tools
Initiates PO’s in SAP
Maintains department KPI’s
Creates and maintains active project list
Supports department regarding travel (Visa, Hotel address, Company/Rental Car, contact person etc.)
Actively participates in KNAPP Safety Committee
Creates, monitors and maintains personnel files
Collects project file information from departments
Coordinates to reconcile expense and hour reports for approval (SAP, ADP, and Concur)
Organizes equipment and tools for Site and Site Safety personnel
Manages disbursement of employee issued clothing and safety shoe vouchers
Supports HR with recruiting and onboarding of hires
Organizes and schedules departmental trainings as needed
Manages multiple internal projects with various departmental stakeholders
Prepares and monitors PORs
Handles sensitive information in a confidential manner
Coordinates office procedures
Replies to email, telephone or face to face inquiries
Develops and updates processes to make them more efficient
Resolves administrative problems

Required

Proven experience
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficient in MS Office
At least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Authorization to work in the U.S
