Responsibilities
Assemble and program equipment to meet delivery timelines, ensuring everything is set up seamlessly
Keep meticulous records of equipment setups and manage inventory to ensure everything is accounted for
Assist field technicians with parts and service manual questions, using your technical expertise to solve problems
Keep our setup shop on track with schedules, making sure everything runs like clockwork
Maintain a clean and organized setup area to create a safe and welcoming workspace
Handle "level one" service calls and perform preventative maintenance to keep our equipment in top shape
Work with our service team to troubleshoot and repair equipment in-shop, ensuring our customers are always satisfied
Complete Sharp equipment pre-testing and training, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements
Perform mechanical and electronic adjustments on equipment as needed, contributing to our team's success
Take on projects assigned by our leadership team, bringing your energy and ideas to the table
Assist with warehouse operations and deliveries when needed, keeping everything moving smoothly
Pitch in wherever needed, whether it's fulfilling equipment orders or helping with inventory counts
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent education, with a knack for hands-on technical work
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Physical fitness to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and the stamina to stay on your feet
Ability to drive a 15-foot box truck
Preferred
Experience in a warehouse setting, where you've shown off your organizational skills
Familiarity with operating a forklift
Basic skills in Microsoft Office
