Responsibilities
Partner with agents to train, coach, and guide them on effective sales techniques, product positioning, and dealer acquisition strategies
Vet new dealers to ensure alignment with company standards, compliance requirements, and performance expectations
Drive product sales growth through active support of agent-led initiatives and promotion of new and existing aftermarket programs
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in sales within the automotive or F&I industry
Proven understanding of aftermarket products, dealership operations, and compliance requirements
Strong knowledge of product implementation and sales rollout processes
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
Experience working cross-functionally with internal business units and external partners
Skilled in negotiation and problem-solving, with a proactive approach to achieving growth outcomes
Willingness to travel occasionally as needed
