Senior Product Manager, Subscriptions Payments

The Senior Product Manager of Consumer Payments & Retention will own the payment experience and drive subscription retention efforts across the Roku ecosystem, collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality features and capabilities.

Responsibilities
Implement new payment methods wherever subscriptions from Roku are available, to increase purchase conversion
Drive method of payment enhancements, giving users a choice on how they purchase on Roku
Define and ship retention mechanisms—smart cancellation save offers, win back pathways, and seamless discovery/subscription into other services
Lead strategy and experience to maximize accounts with high-quality payment methods on file, improving payment success and customer lifetime value
Run A/B tests to quantify the impact of features and capabilities across the payment and retention portfolio
Collaborate cross-functionally to operationalize payment and purchase compliance requirements in consumer flows and customer communications
Partner with Customer Care to design clear, fair refund experiences and policies that balance user trust with operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Product Management experience; consumer subscriptions/streaming experience strongly preferred
Ability to engage deeply with Engineering on technical details to translate product requirements into scalable solutions; proven success delivering high-quality products on time
Reputation as a strong collaborator who listens, builds consensus, makes clear decisions, and writes thoughtful requirements
Track record of executing plans end-to-end: driving alignment, managing tradeoffs, and unblocking teams to ship reliably
Comfort with instrumentation and experimentation at scale: conversion, churn, payment success, and partner health metrics
Bachelor's degree (in Computer Science or a related technical field)
