Responsibilities
Maintain a Secret level security clearance
Provide Technical Support to customers and partners
Provide configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices to customers
Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner
Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues
Publish Technical Support Bulletins and other technical documentation in the Knowledge Base
Review of technical documentation for training materials, technical marketing collateral, manuals, troubleshooting guides, etc
Qualification
Required
Maintain a Secret level security clearance
Provide Technical Support to customers and partners
Provide configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices to customers
Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner
Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues
Publish Technical Support Bulletins and other technical documentation in the Knowledge Base
Review of technical documentation for training materials, technical marketing collateral, manuals, troubleshooting guides, etc
Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Next Generation Firewalls and Panorama
Application Performance Monitoring expertise – Response time metrics, Application identification
Packet capture analysis / fault isolation and remediation
In-depth knowledge and deployment experience of Remote Access technologies
Network Security experience (IPS/IDS, ZBFW, NGFW)
In-depth IP Routing protocol expertise (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
Implementation of Legacy WAN solutions (MPLS, Leased Line, Frame Relay, Satellite, Internet VPN, ECMP, DMVPN)
