Responsibilities
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across marketing and revenue systems
Design, implement, and manage scalable data infrastructure to support analytics and reporting needs
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that measure channel performance, campaign ROI, and funnel efficiency
Conduct ad hoc analyses to uncover trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
Partner with channel owners and cross-functional teams to deliver timely and actionable analytics
Build and maintain marketing channel & program performance forecasts
Continuously refine marketing measurement frameworks to enhance attribution and forecasting accuracy
Qualification
Required
5+ years in a Marketing Analytics or similar role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
Deep understanding of sales and marketing funnels
Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g. Marketo, Hubspot)
Strong proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Bizible, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Looker)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in B2B high growth tech company
Preferred
Proficiency with SQL
Outstanding professional references to share
Experience with high-volume SMB B2B marketing motions
