Responsibilities
Provide expertise and design solutions utilizing Sterling DOM, Inventory visibility and Stores Engagement
Author and review high level and detailed technical design documents for multiple Projects / Product team(s)
Analyze and compare vendors and tools to determine the right fit for the organization as needed
Implementation best in class solution architecture practices, infrastructure improvements, enterprise integrations
Collaborate with the business to ensure relevance
Participate as an active team member in daily scrums as part of our agile software development methodology. This includes joining sprint planning meetings and estimating work effort etc
Provide guidance and mentor teams by reviewing technical approaches, ensure high quality implementation/code quality for the development teams and leads
Provide operation support and oversight for Sterling DOM application performance and stability
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
5+ years of Sterling DOM experience
8+ years of experience developing/designing enterprise applications
Experience in Configuration and Customization of Sterling OMS
Experience in working with Sterling Store Engagement and Next gen Call center modules
Experience in working with cross functional IT teams and Business partners in defining overall E2E solution
Solid experience with Java, J2EE, Spring frameworks
Preferred
Microservice Development and Sterling integration with Microservices is an added plus
Experience with JS frameworks like JQuery, Angular is plus
Experience of Cognos is a plus
