Responsibilities

Setting up, operating, and troubleshooting manufacturing assembly line machinery/equipment
Operating machinery/equipment to install a piece/part/component of an in-process product, assembly, or sub-assembly
Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods
Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products
Maintaining accurate daily assembly production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis
Cross training on multiple production lines
Ability to step into a leadership role as needed and support training/guidance for team members

Required

HS Diploma or equivalent required, Technical/Vocational training with high emphasis on mechanical systems desired
3+ years electro/mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment is required; Aerospace experience preferred
Position requires attention to detail, organized work practices, and good housekeeping skills to maintain a clean work center
Must be able to read and work from assembly drawings, worksheets, parts lists, BOM, test specifications, and other instructions, both written and verbal
Prior experience with circuit cards and strong understanding of ESD
Must be proficient in basic computer skills, including MS Office
Due to federal contract obligations, must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
