They are seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to help scale and strengthen their financial operations during a period of rapid growth, managing essential accounting tasks and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

Assist with general ledger management, prepare journal entries, and perform account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and completeness

Support end-to-end AP/AR processes, including invoice processing, collections, payables and vendor management

Collaborate with the Finance team to prepare close schedules and help drive timely and accurate reporting

Partner with internal stakeholders to compile payroll inputs and ensure accurate payroll execution and compliance

Assist in tracking and categorizing expenses in alignment with budget forecasts and internal policies

Help organize documentation for financial audits, tax filings, and other compliance-related activities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

4 years of accounting experience spread across public accounting (Big 4) and private sector in a high-growth or startup environment

Working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting fundamentals

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks and Bill.com

Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills

Eager to learn, take initiative, and work cross-functionally

Preferred

Experience working in a B2B SaaS company

Passion for healthcare and medical technologies

Interest in growing into a Senior Accountant role over time

CPA accreditation preferred
