Qualification
Required
5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience in a fast-casual setting
Must currently reside in the immediate market
A pro at coaching, leading, and developing teams
A motivator who knows how to hit goals and drive results
A culture-builder who thrives in high-energy environments
Detail-obsessed and self-motivated
Excited to work a five-day set schedule (Never on a Sunday – ever.)
