Senior Account Manager (Insurance) | Coverage

Red Ventures is looking for an autonomous Senior Account Manager to grow their partnerships roster in the Property & Casualty Insurance space. The role involves building existing partnerships and pursuing new ones, while leading client meetings and driving day-to-day client activities to optimize marketing programs.

Responsibilities

Partner with clients and internal teams on multivariate test plans to maximize client campaign performance
Understand partner’s marketing and product objectives and work with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies that maximize program performance
Drive the day-to-day client activity to ensure accurate and timely execution of marketing programs
Lead client meetings to present and discuss program optimization, execution and marketing best practices
Effectively communicate the client's goals and represent the client's interests to internal, cross-functional groups
Conduct regular performance analysis to assess partner funnel efficiency, and proactively provide internal and external stakeholders with optimization
Lead business development efforts to expand + diversify the current book of business

Required

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related industry experience, preferably in account management or direct marketing at an agency or marketing company
Experience working within the Property & Casualty Insurance space, preferably with a technology driven entity
Experience with in-depth analysis and problem solving with the ability to think strategically while seeing the execution all the way through
Demonstrated track record of client relationship development, ad strategy, and service
Intellectually curious, takes initiative to dig deeper and understand business drivers
Ability to quickly assess client situations and configure mutually beneficial value propositions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as mastery over the Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint and Word), Google Workspace (Gsheets etc.)
Experience with Project Management tools: Atlassian, Confluence, Jira
Ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong project management experience preferred, high attention to detail and organizational skills
