Responsibilities

Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for NetSuite and its integrations

Evaluate evolving business needs and define NetSuite architecture to support long-term scalability and compliance

Provide technical mentorship to team members

Partner with stakeholders to design and create scalable new capabilities

Deliver end-user training and documentation

Oversee maintenance and administration of NetSuite and connected tools (e.g. RF-Smart, Pacejet)

Manage day-to-day escalations and resolve complex ERP issues

Lead ERP workstream for M&A onboarding

Support audit, SOX, and compliance efforts

Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements

Qualification

NetSuite OneWorldAdvanced Revenue ManagementManufacturing experienceSuiteAnalyticsSalesforce CRMCI/CD workflowsM&A onboardingSOX compliance

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Information Systems, or similar

8+ years ERP administrator experience, including at least 5 years administering NetSuite in a complex, multi-subsidiary environment

Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) expertise

Strong experience with NetSuite OneWorld multi-subsidiary with arms-length intercompany

Manufacturing experience (serialized and lot controlled products)

Proficiency with SuiteAnalytics and strong data/ETL skills

Preferred

Hands on experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales & Service Cloud) and/or NetSuite ERP (OneWorld, multi-subsidiary)

Skilled in visual problem solving techniques

Experience creating and maintaining software development workflows (CI/CD), e.g. Azure DevOps

Experience with M&A onboarding

Experience with SOX compliance
