Responsibilities

Origination of new development and redevelopment opportunities in Phoenix

Foster and grow relationships within the local brokerage community

Quarterback the deal process from land sourcing through project disposition

Present proposed development projects to Investment Committee as well as to relevant external audiences (capital partners, cities, municipal agencies, neighborhood outreach groups, etc.)

Spearhead the negotiations of deal-related documents throughout the life of a project from purchase and sale agreements through tenant leases

Thoroughly understand all relevant Phoenix industrial submarket dynamics and help establish internal investment strategies based on real time market intelligence

Effectively communicate and collaborate with all teammates and internal stakeholders

Represent Stream IDS at relevant local conferences, brokerage activities, and networking events
