Responsibilities
Assist and conduct DNAs mission to maximize donation
Be available to assist with donor activity
Perform tissue recovery procedures according to protocol and policy
Maintain a clean, safe operating room environment
Perform circulator / back table duties
Act as a procurement technician
Conduct ocular recovery – cornea / whole eye
Review medical records
Travel out of town as associated with the role
Perform other duties as requested by the leadership team
Maintain an environment that supports professionalism, teamwork, effective communication and displays DNA’s core values daily
Qualification
Required
H.S. Diploma
Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills
Ability to lift 50-75lbs
Preferred
At least 6 months surgical technology
Knowledge of biological sciences
1-2 years tissue recovery
