Lead the planning and execution of resiliency projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget

Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, procurement, and regulatory compliance

Serve as the primary point of contact between company and utility partner, maintaining strong client relationships

Monitor project milestones and deliverables, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies

Prepare and present regular status reports to internal leadership and external stakeholders

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards

Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services

Drive continuous improvement and innovation in program delivery
