Handle California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases
Draft and respond to discovery, draft motions, and appear in court
Take and defend depositions
Work closely with senior attorneys on trial preparation
Qualification
Required
3+ years of employment litigation experience
Prior defense experience required
Strong research and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
