Responsibilities
Operate machinery safely and efficiently according to work instructions
Monitor line performance (speed, temperatures, pressures, feeders) and report issues
Assist with line startups, shutdowns, and simple changeovers
Stage, verify, and load raw materials (resins/additives) with a high level of accuracy
Perform basic quality checks (visual, measurements) and record results
Support daily and weekly basic care tasks (wipe-downs, checks, light maintenance)
Load/unload rolls, palletize finished cases, label/date-code, and move materials to staging
Maintain a clean, organized workstation (5S) and help with end-of-shift cleanup
Follow all PPE and safety rules; report hazards or near misses immediately
Communicate clearly with Leads during startups or downtime
Remain productive by taking initiative; cleaning, organizing, restocking, or assisting teammates to keep operations running smoothly
Qualification
Required
Authorized to work in the U.S.; 18 years or older
Willing to work off-shifts and weekends as needed
Able to read a tape measure and perform basic math
Basic computer skills
Able to safely stand, walk, lift, and push/pull up to ~50 lbs during a shift
Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Preferred
Previous manufacturing experience
Familiarity with extrusion or converting processes
