Responsibilities

Operate a forklift, order picker, and pallet rider to safely load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials

Use radio frequency (RF) equipment for pricing, receiving, put-away, and inventory tracking, as required

Ensure accurate storing, picking, packing, and receiving of products in accordance with company standards

Perform daily inspections of lift equipment to ensure safe and proper functioning

Operate all lift equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to prescribed work methods and safety guidelines

Maintain warehouse equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and organized condition

Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times

Consistently work toward meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly productivity goals

Keep the work environment clean and orderly to promote safety and efficiency

Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Works effectively with others in a team environment to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems

Required

High School diploma or equivalent

A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of full-time industry experience in a warehouse, distribution center, order fulfillment center, logistics, supply chain operations or manufacturing environment required. Any equivalent combination of education, experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities will be accepted

Must exhibit the ability to read, write, understand and speak English

Ability to operate manual pallet jack

Ability to utilize a handheld scanner

Ability to work in a team atmosphere, promoting positive work relationships with other team members, as well as internal and external customers

Capacity to utilize effective time management skills and be able to work under the stress of multiple deadlines, requests from other departments and interruptions with accuracy

Ability to follow directions and communicate in English verbally and in writing and to read and understand materials printed in English

Capacity to be self-motivated and achieve goals with minimal supervision or direction
